Nilgiri Langur

A threatened species with a scientific name of Trachypithecus johnii. This Nilgiri Langur is caught for its flesh and fur. The Flesh is said to have aphrodisiac properties.

They are most commonly seen in the Western Ghats in India in the hills of Kerala, Karnataka and Tamilnadu.
